Hi Guys, The attachment is our follow on submission as requested for the 911 Case and the email trail with Mike Gottlieb. It appears that there is a meeting of the minds for a 4 month engagement at a fixed fee. Mike said the final decision will be made by Senior Leadership of the firm. My push is to start ASAP for several reasons. First, payments from certain banks are scheduled to be made to Iran during the first week of August, the end of July is an Islamic holy holiday which can give us cover from any Iranian pushback and August is a slow month in Europe, which is one of the banking spots for Iran’s oil revenues. Secondly, if we can meet with certain Ambassador’s and Economic Advisors over the next two weeks, we can obtain the proper protocols for a turnover agreement at the end of July, keep it very quiet during the holy period, and show success very quickly. Finally, we have discussed a fixed fee plus a success fee, so the quicker we deliver the quicker we trigger the success fee. Eric: maybe after your return to DC, we can meet to discuss this engagement and expectations. Hunter: Mike Gottlieb is getting married this Saturday in Colorado. Thank you again for all your support and I hope you can continue to act as a reference with the Senior Leadership team on our behalf. Per our recent discussion we provide two funding options -- one for full funding and one where we share in a 50% risk stake -- deferring and tying full payment for labor and direct costs associated with the work to a specific monetary threshold. Also, I want to share with you and your colleagues a bit about our team members' related, ongoing and upcoming work: 1. Several members of our team are in final negotiations with a Middle Eastern government to provide professional services in securing funds and business interests available to local insurgents and terrorists. Work is anticipated to begin this fall. 2. Members of our team are working with a West African government to secure funds and business interests associated with prominent warlords and organized crime groups. 3. A member of our group will travel to Turkey for the next several weeks, in part to gather information and leads about the financial and business interests of ISIL/ISIS, Al Nusra and other extremist groups operating in and around the Syrian conflict. 4. Members of our group are working closely with the OECD TF-CIT to identify and build countermeasures addressing the illegal production and distribution of counterfeit pharmaceuticals, cigarettes and alcohol in Latin America and the Caribbean. I mention these activities to reinforce not only the team's great credentials in the field, but also to appeal for as quick a decision as possible. You will see several operational reasons for making a quick decision in the proposal, but we should add to these the need to lock the team in for the period of performance and our hope to keep them engaged throughout the two-year project if we prove out the concept. Let me know your thoughts soonest and congratulations, again, on the upcoming wedding. Best, CAC
