Hunter and Devon - I'm resending the BSF memo (attached) sent earlier this week to highlight that, on pages 7-9, there are several recommendations from our firm related to how to improve Burisma's corporate governance in the near future. There is a lot of content in this memo and I just want to be sure pages 7-9 ("U.S. Legal" section) stays at the top of the agenda in terms of getting your thoughts, feedback and/or decisions on what to move forward with in the immediate future (i.e. Director & Officer Insurance, which we think is critical to get in place right away and we can move forward on contacting someone regarding that now if you wish).
