Take a look. Celeno is a fabless semiconductor company developing
components and subsystems for high performance carrier-class Wi-Fi systems
and networks. Have raised about $30m to date, looking for $20m equity and
$10m as a convertible note.

Have 75+ customers.

Growing well: '12 - $15m, '13 - $21m, '14 - $33m, '15 - $49m. '16, $71m

Not sure if they are breakeven or still burning cash, would think they are
still burning cash, but not sure how much.

Asking what the pre-money is and what their gross margins are.

Not being shopped, insiders make take the whole round, they like the RSTP
story to help them get more customers, drive standards, access government
customers.
