Subject: CNP SPECIAL BOARD MEETING: Wednesday, June 25th at 3pm

Dear Members of the Board,

As most of you are aware, there have been several proposed changes to the Executive Committee of the CNP Board of Directors. Per our bylaws, we need to do a quick voice vote call to make these changes official. We will also be voting on a small change to the officer section of the bylaws. A formal agenda and the resolutions themselves will be circulated by the end of this week.

The call is scheduled for 3pm ET on Wednesday, June 25th. Please confirm with me that you can be on the call. It shouldn't last longer than 1/2 hour.
