Guys,

Will and I had an update call with NB this morning. Brien Smith said they
have not been able to get the full investment committee together since the
annual meeting and he is "herding drunken cats" to do so. He reiterated
(for the 3rd time) that they are coming into the fund at that $25mm is the
right "ballpark" number.

He said they have all the info they need and it is just an internal process
at this point. He said he will circle the wagons for the final committee on
July 7th so they close that week.

Let's try to drive others to close that week as well.

On another note, we missed half of you on the partner call this morning. We
need to have these consistently and if you can't make it please give us the
courtesy of letting us know. We realize folks have vacations, etc, but we
should really try to make this time for the partnership as we need
everyone's input on these calls.
