That said, from our side, we have live dialogue and initial interest from Steelpath, MetLife, John Hancock, and Meridian. We're reviewing commitment level's with Jack Monday morning and should have a good IOI from Steelpath after they get access to the data room next week. MetLife and JH are like Goldman and will be all or nothing I am assuming. We're targeting a decision out of them by May 15.
