I'm not sure that the words "entrepreneur" and "high speed rail" really go
together in any meaningful way. Looking for connections on the project
side (e.g. CA high speed rail authority, Bechtel, etc.) or the
train/technology side (e.g. Siemens or others that manufacture the trains
themselves or technologies that go into them)?
