We are working with the Emir of Qatar as well as his brother. We are also
working and are in deep discussions with Mohammed Saif Al-Sowaidi who is
the head of Qatar Holding (also known as Qatar Investment Authority). Devon
and Hunter went to Doha and we are currently in the process of closing them.

I know Ahmed Al Mosa of Adia well--he was an investor in Bridgescale--and
we are also in dialog with Adia through Ahmed and Thorben Hett who is a
former colleague of mine.

Please do not contact either Adia or QIA as it would be disruptive to our
processes with both firms.

I am not aware of our interactions with the other parties. I copy Hunter
and Devon and defer the them.
