I spoke to Michael he is awaiting your RSI evaluation. Michael asked me to
remind you to please make the evaluation solid around $5-$6 million.
Michael also stated that HZ would like to see $1.5 - $2 million of the sale
price go back to the combined new I Bank entity in Beijing so an office
with a few professionals can be set up there. Then we would have an I Bank
with staff and operational offices in Beijing and NYC.

Michael will speak to HZ as soon as he gets the evaluation from you and has
a call with the two of us. I told Michael that we might get the evaluation
of RSI this Wednesday. HZ is ready to act right away and there are a few
deals to get moving on now. We might be able to close this deal by mid July
according to Michael and HZ Please let me know if you have any questions
or if I can help.

Met with Caryn today before you do anything with her lets discuss. I
learned a few things that you should know about proceed with caution there
please.
