一个由中外私募股权投资公司（包括中国成立时间最久的私募基金公司）组成的财团正
在为一个投资海外的基金募集约15亿美元资金，其中人民币计价的部分将通过上海自贸
区兑换为美元。
该 基金已从第二季度开始募集资金，其发起人是中国资产管理公司渤海产业投资基金
(Bohai Industrial Investment Fund Management Co.)和嘉实基金(Harvest Fund
Management Co. Ltd.)以及美国投资顾问公司Rosemont Seneca Partners和Thornton
Group LLC。据渤海产业投资基金的大股东之一中银国际控股有限公司(Bank of China
International Holdings Ltd.)发言人称，由于投资者的反响热烈，该基金的募资规模
较原计划的10亿美元上调。
嘉实资本管理公司(Harvest Capital Management Co.)发言人和联席首席执行长赖特
(Lindsay Wright)表示，募资活动应该在年底前完成。嘉实资本是嘉实基金子公司，将
直接持有合资基金的股份。
上述两人对到目前为止的筹资规模不予置评。Rosemont证实了基金规模扩大的消息。
Thornton没有回应置评请求。
去 年12月，渤海华美（上海）股权投资基金管理有限公司(Bohai Harvest RST
(Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Co. Ltd.)在上海自贸区完成注册。
据其网站介绍，渤海华美原计划募集人民币30亿元和5亿美元的资金；渤海华美的英文
首字母缩写体现了股东BHR Partners的品牌。
