I hope all is well with you. Now that the weather is finally getting better - it seems that it may soon be time for us to schedule that "outdoor" lunch.

Hunter and I did want to follow up with you on one thing related to real estate. I know you said your real estate person would be in touch with us on Rosemont Realty but we also got the sense that your real estate investment team strategy looks at direct deals instead of investing in blind pools. Because of that, we wanted to follow up with you and ask if you can pass on the attached two pager on a direct deal opportunity the Rosemont Realty team is working on outside of Atlanta.

Our partner, Devon Archer, who is taking the lead on Rosemont Realty for us will be in DC in the next week or two and it might be a good opportunity for Devon to come meet with your real estate person and talk specifically about this Atlanta deal and more generally about Rosemont Realty. I only wanted to pass this on as this deal is typical of the Rosemont Realty deals and as we are raising currently for this specific deal it may be more in keeping with your approach at KAUST. Since Devon will be in DC it might be a good time to get them together.
