Thanks, Neil. It was nice meeting Avi as well - glad he was willing to make the trip down.

Haven't had a chance to download with Hunter and Rob yet - let us do so and talk to Devon and we can figure out next steps.

Obviously, we want to make sure we figure this all out sooner rather than later so we can get Avi an answer one way or another and not leave him hanging.

It was great seeing you in DC yesterday. Thanks for talking the time to meet with Avi yesterday. You guys did a great job of laying things out and Hunter you were really gracious and engaging with Avi.

Avi is a trustworthy, capable guy, has delivered for me in the past, he is easy to work with and has a great network with lots of potential.

The areas in which I think Avi could be helpful in order of priority are:

1. Sourcing LPs for RSTP
2. Sourcing prospects for the Fund Advisory business
3. Sourcing and delivering on Corporate advisory accounts
4. Proving LP introductions for Realty and any other RSP investment opportunities

Avi is asking to associate himself with the RSP platform and a chance to work with the team.

Basically he wants a business card, an email address, the ability to leverage the NY office for meetings and the opportunity to collaborate with us. His goal would be to raise a significant amount of capital for RSTP ($25m-50m) and become a part of that team, and in parallel bring opportunities to the table that can generate cash for everybody.

Let me know what you think and how, it at all, you’d want to proceed with Avi.
