Yes, he can put the whole team together. He is already talking to a
couple of Governors concerning the lotteries.
He can handle the licensing issues, he has a company that he had
talked to about the marketing etc. and his
background is in finance. He worked on Wall Street for 20 years and
just returned to Bogota.

But this deal does not work as currently structured. Since you guys
control the 10% that is on the table, I think you
need to decide what the deal is, and I can take it to Gustavo and see
if he is ok with it.
