It was great to see you today and our sincere thanks for making the
introduction to the prospective client.

We worked until about 4p and will resume 1030a tomorrow. I provided
the would-be client and Rob with a proposed letter of engagement.
After the briefing and discussion, we agreed that it would be more
appropriate and impactful if I directly represented the
party-in-interest.

If we reach a final agreement, we can get underway quickly and I can
travel to Bucharest the week of 11July. It was clear from what we
learned today that the putative client (and his business) are victims
of gross injustice--any perhaps worse.
