Dear Alumni:


On behalf of the entire Archmere community, it is with great sadness that I
inform you of the loss of *Alfred J. "Buddy" Hurlock IV '89** *on May 20,
2012. He was the brother of Jeff '92.

Services will be held at St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Hockessin.
There will be public viewings friday evening, May 25th from 5pm-8:30pm and
Saturday May 26th from 9:30am-10:30am. Mass will be held at St. Mary of the
Assumption at 11am, on Saturday, May 26th. Burial will be private.

"Buddy's Battle" was created by his family to raise money to help ease the
cost of Buddy's medical expenses. Donations will also assist in the funding
of related medical research and can be made easily online at

Please keep Buddy and his family in your prayers. Please share this
information with fellow alums who were also friends of Buddy.
