Harry-

Finally have a much more detailed update on the brands for you.

The most promising lead seems to be American Eagle. They are just
contemplating a global strategy and would like to sit down and talk
further about Panama and Latin America. I have the contact person
there and will talk to him next week. Let me know what I should offer
up as next steps. Would Betesh come to NY to meet if my call next
week is promising?

Ralph Lauren says they have a pretty strong network in Panama and
Latin America and is not interested in talking further. Michael Kors
is currently in negotiation with someone to represent them in Latin
America and isn't talking to anyone else but if the negotiations fail
they may come back to us.

Amazing that it took this long but finally some feedback. Through
this contact we have we may be able to explore some other brands if
Betesh has additional brands they are looking at.

Let me know how to proceed on American Eagle.
