Vernon, I have found myself all of a sudden with two tables at a dinner where the $50,000 George Washington Book Prize will be presented to what a selection committee considers the best history book on America's "founding era." This is the largest book prize focused on books of the colonial era.

I would love to have you join as my guests if you are interested and available. It's quite something to have dinner, drinks, music, and great conversation on the lawn in front of Mt. Vernon, which will be open with unique tours to our guests that night.
