Hi Eric, Rob and Hunter,


It was great seeing you in DC yesterday. Thanks for talking the time to
meet with Avi yesterday. You guys did a great job of laying things out and
Hunter you were really gracious and engaging with Avi.


Avi is a trustworthy, capable guy, has delivered for me in the past, he is
easy to work with and has a great network with lots of potential.


The areas in which I think Avi could be helpful in order of priority are:


1. Sourcing LPs for RSTP

2. Sourcing prospects for the Fund Advisory business

3. Sourcing and delivering on Corporate advisory accounts

4. Proving LP introductions for Realty and any other RSP investment
opportunities


Avi is asking to associate himself with the RSP platform and a chance to
work with the team.


Basically he wants a business card, an email address, the ability to
leverage the NY office for meetings and the opportunity to collaborate with
us. His goal would be to raise a significant amount of capital for RSTP
($25m-50m) and become a part of that team, and in parallel bring
opportunities to the table that can generate cash for everybody.

Avi.
