Hunter, Valerie, Eric, Alex- It would be good if we could come up with a list of issues that need to be resolved before we can sign an agreement with UDEL and use that as the agenda for these calls/meetings - I came up with a few What goes in the "building' - VP Center, VP library, Biden School of Public Policy, space for JRB and his staff, Beau Biden Foundation...? What issues will JRB want to deal with in the building? What issues will JRB not want to deal with in the building? ( those that Compete with UPENN) How much time will VP spend at UDEL? What will the VP center do? Where are we on the renovation of 44 Kent Way? How do we deal with the $2.5 million for salaries and benefits for JRB staff? How long will it take from when we submit potential staffers to when they can start work? Feel free to add more.
