The other important point I made to Devon was that I thought Hunter’s 10% should transfer to him immediately (we had discussed it being via Skaneateles, LLC) and if there was some debt that Hunter has to Devon we determine that number. But that we not hold up transfer of the 10% until that debt is paid. If we are transferring Devon’s 10% to another entity we should do Hunter’s transfer at the same time. Eric D. I indicated that our preference is that Hunter's directorship is by virtue of his own independent equity position and not to serve as a proxy for Devon. This was contrary to Matt's understanding -- he said he thought that Devon and Hunter had discussed that Hunter would fill Devon's seat. I told Matt that I would confirm with you. > > We discussed this with you a few weeks ago but I wanted to confirm that it is still your view (and it is still our recommendation) that Hunter's board seat be independent of Devon's, and is by virtue of Hunter's equity holdings/appointment by BHR. > > George > > George R.
