The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years experience directing accounting, revenue control, tax and AP/AR departments for a real estate management and/or development company. This position will also be responsible for providing strategic controls, planning, reporting and support of all contracts, while overseeing all required financial statements in accordance to GAAP and reports for internal/external use and audit purposes.</font></div><div><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2"><br></font></div><div><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2">They are also looking for a candidate with experience in the U.S. and Canada, working at firms with revenues in excess of $100 million.
