Good morning.

Here is a suggested agenda for today”s call.

1. Update from Alan on the status of 44 Kent Way renovations.

2. Agree on a date(s) in July/August for a charrette to establish the
requirements for the the Biden Center. Size and design of the building
will result from this meeting. It should happen ASAP.

3. Establish the list of key stakeholders to attend the charrette.

4. Establish a working group responsible for: the implementation of plan
resulting from the charrette; parameters of an MOU between the Biden team
and UD; communications plan; fundraising plan. The working group need to
be composed of people who have the scheduling flexibility to have frequent
meetings in order to facilitate speedy progress.

5. Announcement date proposal.

This is a pretty full agenda. Let me know if I’ve missed something.
