enjoyed spending time with you and Irina, discussing the team and strategy
of Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners II, L.P. Your questions highlighted
the compelling rationale behind this unique opportunity. RSTP seeks to back
companies in the lower middle market of growth equity where they can add
real value and accelerate growth in a select group of proven companies, that
do not require capital, are not taking technology risk, and where have a
clear exit strategy and clear path to liquidity.


We will be forwarding along the due diligence materials which were prepared
for Goldman Sachs as part of their due diligence process for your review. As

Also, if you would like to look ahead on the calendar the RSTP Team will be
in NYC for meetings April 2nd and 3rd and we would be happy to schedule a
time to meet with your Team there. We are well on our way, with north of
$80mil in closed and circled commitments toward the $200mil fund target with
Goldman Sachs, Heinz family, Rothschild family, large Sovereign Wealth Fund
and several other family offices. The team is looking to diversify out that
LP base in the next closings.
