FYI attached. This is esilicon buying Open Silicon (OSI). Esilicon has filed to go Public but wants to wait to acquire OSI first. They need acquisition financing to do so. JP Morgan is taking them public. Our deal if we want it. Need to negotiate pricing. Note we are under NDA. Friends at TCV referred it given our knowledge of the asset.
