Hi Eric,

It needs to be clear here that the retainer is capped at 6 months and it is
fully creditable against the success fee (like Troy). Can you please
reinsert this and send me a version that does not say draft that I can then
execute? Additionally, please insert this Schedule A (attached) into the
final execution document. This schedule A will grow as Dan contacts
additional investors but this is the excluded list from Troy's agreement as
of now.

I am off to Counsyl shortly. If we can wrap this up quickly we can send
wire today (deadline is 12:30 PT) Otherwise will punt until Monday.
