YOU ARE RECEIVING THIS EMAIL BECAUSE YOU ARE A REGISTERED MEMBER OF NEXT LEVEL LACROSSE This message was sent by ambrosembailey@gmail.com (Mitch Bailey) Good Afternoon, We are conducting an equipment drive to assist a young man on our 7th grade team with his Bar Mitzvah project. Please read the letter below from Ben Slotkin. If you have any questions please contact the Slotkin family, sean@nextlevelathletes.net or ambrosembailey@gmail.com Dear Friends and Parents, For my Bar Mitzvah project, I will be collecting boys and girls used lacrosse equipment for WINNERS lacrosse http://www.winnerslacrosse.org through the end of December. WINNERS, The Washington Inner City Lacrosse Foundation, is a nonprofit lacrosse organization based in inner city DC. Since 2000, WINNERS has introduced lacrosse to over 7500 boys and girls. The WINNERs players have practices, clinics, camps, after school programs and play in leagues and tournaments in and around DC. WINNERS was founded to bring the game of lacrosse to kids who would not otherwise have the opportunity to play the sport. As you know, lacrosse equipment can be expensive. The equipment I collect will be given to kids in the WINNERS program so they are able to play this great game without worrying about the cost associated with it. I will be collecting both boys and girls’ equipment including:balls, helmets, sticks, goggles, shoulder pads, elbow pads and gloves. So, as you buy new equipment, please don’t throw anything away if you think it can be reused. Please help me to outfit the boys and girls in the WINNERS Lacrosse program with what they need to play this spring to be safe and confident on the field. If you have any equipment to donate, we are collecting at Next Level, (5420 Butler Road, Bethesda, MD) through the end of December (there is a bin labeled Ben’s Slotkin’s Community Service Project), or contact my mom or me and we will get it from you! Thank you for your support.
