We should catch up soon below are a few deals not on the list that we
are working. I put together a brief explanation of three of them below
for your edification. As you can see Lindsay HZ and the whole team are
pushing hard to get a few deals done ASAP.

Aleris, does Oak Tree want to sell or not sell? This is a contribution
we can make to BHR , Oak Tree and Sankaty should be made aware that
BHR can pay more than any other interested party and we can move very
quickly.

#1. China Post Bank is going public the last big China a Bank to do
so. DB is the banker on the deal because they have worked with CPB for
awhile also DB took Deutch Post Bank public. DB team leader in HK has
asked Lindsay to have BHR run the special purpose pre-IPO Fund.
Remember China Post Bank is an original Bohai LP.

#2. Guy Hand the AUS billionaire has informed Lindsay that he would
like to sell his massive ranch and Dairy Herd/Beef Herd. HZ approached
the CEO of Yilli the big Chines Dairy outfit the CEO would like to
co-invest with BHR. Guy Hand is coming to HK on 11/13 to meet with J
and Lindsay.

#3. BHR and AVIC are submitting their bid to Delphi on 11/10. This is
to buy the AC/Heating division from Delphi out in Michigan. AVIC
bought a division of Delphi in 2010 and took it public in 2012. J and
the lads at BHR feel we have a very good shot at winning this large
deal.
There are 65 other deals on our BHR list now and the fundraising is
still bombing along.

We need to speak soon you and I there are other matters regarding the
above mentioned deals that you should know about but I don't feel like
writing anymore. The Aleris deal is important it can help us raise
the $2 B from Gouxin. Have you thought about how we can reach Oak
Tree ? They own the bulk of Aleris....
BTW see if you Sebastian and even HB can make our BHR call this
Thursday night. We have the calls every other week now and they are
much more streamlined since me and Lindsay went thru all of the
reporting shit when we were in Beijing with these guys two weeks ago.
