Subject: App and Twitter information for the 2014 Finance Workshop

Dear Mr. R. Hunter Biden,

During the Workshop you will be able to access a dedicated App (for Apple
devices with iOS 7 or above) or a Webapp (for all other devices), from
which you may consult all of the Workshop's supporting documentation and
receive updates on the Workshop program.
The service will be accessible via your personal tablets or smartphones
that we invite you to bring to the Workshop and may only be accessed with a
personal password that you will receive at registration.
You will receive the guide to the App/Webapp in the conference room, where
a Wi-Fi network is available.
The App/Webapp will only be live during the Workshop and may be
downloaded/saved by clicking on the link in the section dedicated to the
Villa d'Este Workshop at www.ambrosetti.eu.

Please keep in mind that the Workshop takes place behind closed doors. This
means that the use of social media sites (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) during
the Workshop must respect the Chatham House Rule (tweets or messages may
only report what was said and cannot identify - directly or indirectly -
the speaker or another participant).
