I just returned from my visit to Baghdad. I had several meetings with Dr. Hamid, the Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister. I also met with many of the heads of key Agencies. All went very well. The Prime Minister would love to "dry up" the funds that support the terrorism networks. He is also a big fan of our VP.

I have the top heavyweights with me on this project from the international circles. If you can act as an advisor to our team, you might want to consider such a role. If successful this will be the template for the rest of the world in the fight against terrorism - the same approach proposed by General George Washington in 1776. Obviously I will be in Iraq for much of the work, but can always brief you when I am in DC or we meet in Vienna or Dubai (direct flights from Baghdad). I will have funds available to pay you, if you want in.
