I'll debrief you. Basically like I explained earlier. 5% of the equity of
the fund and he proposed a placement agreement of 20% of the management fee
and 20% of the carry on monies placed. so on monies placed 25% of the
fund. Let's discuss. I wouldn't mind having some cashflow from this which
at the moment i do not. but nothing needs to be decided now
