Team PA -- Navy's DoD VIAP WinnersAll,
Please join me in congratulating two of our Sailors for winning awards in the annual DoD Visual Information Awards Program (VIAP).

MC3 Daniel Young (Fleet Combat Camera Pacific) earned first place entry in the Military Photographer (MILPHOG) News category.
VIAP is designed to recognize, reward, and promote excellence among military communicators for their achievements in military photography, videography, and graphic arts.  Attached is the list of 2013 VIAP 1st Place Winners.
These awards are very competitive. Congratulations on a job well done!
