Just FYI, here are some things in the hopper....

1) Pango Parking - after much back and forth they say they are ready to go forward. Small ($7500 approx) retainer with success and possible equity
2) Samsung - Rob and I have had a few good calls with them. They are looking for help on their LNG tanker construction business (among other things) and believe it or not, we think we can be helpful. This is a Nevergole partnership. There is a larger play in LNG that we should start to think about - between this, Dan's Mitsubishi financing of container ships and Pytrole it seems more and more people are coming to us trying to figure out the LNG shipping business (as it is obviously a growing area). This would be to build ships in the U.S. which would be a good job building story too.
3) Tech International - the Hochman referral we are meeting with on Monday. They are mostly looking for subcontracting opportunities to larger infrastructure companies - and they are minority owned. I talked to Kimberly about it at lunch and she thought there might be a good partnership with HNTB.
4) York Capital - it is still out there. Marc hasn't done anything about it - although Arlene is following up with him. We should talk to Arlene next week on this. (FYI, Canyon got back and they are a No.)
