Hunter - hope that you are enjoying spring break with your family.

Sergio Massa, the leading candidate for President in Argentina is in
Washington this week and has asked to briefly meet with your dad.

Secretary Clinton was photographed last week in NY with another Argentinian
presidential candidate, Francisco Macri, that made all the Argentinian
papers. Macri is the head of the opposition party (which has only held
office 2 out of the last 34 years). Like Mr. Massa, Macri is pro US, and
pro international investment. They are both strong opponent of President
Kirchner, but Mr. Massa has a better chance of winning. The Clinton
picture, however, is being portrayed as US support only for Macri.

It is likely that Mr. Massa will be at the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
event on Thursday, where your dad is speaking. If there is a chance for a
quick photo with Mr. Massa before or after the event please let me know. If
it is not possible - no problem.

Looking forward to catching up with you sometime soon.

Best,

Steve
