Hey man,
Got some cool news about our buddies over in MX. I catch up with Dr. Martin everyone once in a while and after some talking this week, I learned that they are looking to expand their clinic by having an aftercare facility in San Diego.

They're going to have yoga, meditation, animal therapy, community service work, and counseling as part of the aftercare integration portion of their treatment. Dr. Martin doesn't have the up front capital to make the acquisition and they have a massive demand for this as a part of their model so I think I'm going to buy the property and rent it back to them. I spoke with Martin about this as an option and he loved it and was very excited. Let me know if you want to talk about going in on it with me. You were the first person I thought of.
