Did call with Karen T today - went fine - made no commitments and told her issue may be number of licenses we have. Have a better sense of the deal they have on the table and can fill you in next week.

Actually talked to Ann after the call and she said that we can add up to 10 additional reps and three offices in a year without needing approval from FINRA. Gets a little complicated as to when the year starts and the definition of offices, but the bottom line is that adding people a couple of more people in DC is no problem as they would be under our current office. The only (completely manageable) issue is if we were trying to add say seven new people at seven different new locations around the country (each new location also adds some additional costs to us re: compliance, state registration too but probably also not a major issue). As I mentioned, I'll put together a spreadsheet that list potential licensees out there so we can decide how to proceed.
