Friday, 11/21, Dr. Biden will very likely highlight efforts to assist the internationally displaced persons of Ukraine at an event in Kyiv. As part of this effort she will announce (this is not public so please hold close) $3 million in new money that will flow from USAID through Food for Peace to the World Food Program.
