To receive points, reservations must be made on a published rate for reservations made through our reservations department at 888.400.9000 or via thecarnerosinn.com. Restrictions may apply. Bookings made by an agent or third-party, such as travel agents, tour operators, or bookings made via third-party channels, including but not limited to, expedia.com, hotwire.com, orbtiz.com, travelocity.com, and booking.com are not eligible for points. Group bookings, airline crew and/or contract rates, employee rates, complimentary rates, and friends and family rates are also not eligible for points. You may earn points by calling 888.400.9000 prior to arrival and ask to add your Elevate number to your reservation. At check-in, you may also request Elevate points and provide your Elevate account number. Points will be awarded within six to eight weeks following a completed (check in and checkout) stay. Elevate members may receive points for up to three rooms (member's room and two additional rooms) provided he/she was a registered guest, occupying at least one of the rooms and paying for all three. If your Elevate number is not available upon check-in, it may be added retroactively to your reservation within 6 months of check-out.

(4) Rate is reflected as a 33% discount to a minimum 3 night stay, Sunday nights through Thursday nights only. Rate is not valid Sunday May 15. Rate is not valid for group reservations and may not be combined with any other discount. Rate is valid for stays through June 30, 2011.

* Points required to redeem an Elevate travel reward on Virgin America will be publicly available on a seat and flight-specific basis and are subject to change. Domestic reward bookings are subject to a security fee of $2.50 per segment, payable by credit card or Virgin America credit file. The Passenger Facility Charge and Segment Fees are waived for domestic reward bookings. For international reward bookings, Virgin America guests are responsible for the taxes and fees incurred from international travel. These taxes and fees are subject to change at the discretion of each country's government and also vary from country to country depending on the origin and destination.

Changes or cancellations of a booking made with Elevate Points will be subject to a $75 redeposit fee. Guests who no-show without a change or cancel prior to the scheduled departure time will forfeit the amount of this fare. In addition, any future flights booked in the same reservation will also be canceled and the fare will be forfeited. Tickets purchased from Virgin America through our reservation call center will cost an additional $20 per guest per itinerary. Any added cost associated with purchasing tickets from Virgin America through our reservation call center will be non-refundable. Fares will not be honored retroactively or in exchange for any wholly or partially used ticket. Fares, routes, fees and schedules are subject to change without notice. Virgin America will accept one (1) piece of checked baggage up to 70 pounds for $25 for each ticketed guest traveling within the U.S. and for free of charge for each ticketed guest traveling to/from Mexico. The fee per guest for each additional checked bag up to 50 pounds from the second (2) to the tenth (10) is $25. Additional fees apply to baggage exceeding these weight limitations, and other baggage restrictions may apply.
