Talked to Jim Bulger and Caryn Suffredini re: YBrant. They can be very helpful in getting the Brazil deals across the finish line. I'd like to bring them in on this and go back to Brad and tell him that we'll all work together on this. Not sure what the economics of all of this should be though. As I understand it, "we" referred YBrant to them for China and am not sure how we are getting compensated for that. Don't know if they should help us on Brazil for free or or we split some of China and Brazil. Let's discuss with Devon.
