Lorenzo, FYI, the first lady of Texas was in Spain and the Spanish Department of Commerce brought the case of Houston Metro to her attention since they had heard about it though the trade commissioner´s office with whom I have been in touch throughout the "debacle". Once she returned to the US, Governor Perry's office has requested more information and they have our letters to FTA. Bad timing with Easter, but I have asked them to possibly show some interest in our issue. I believe, the more different people FTA hears as interested in the outcome, the less likely they are to sweep it under the carpet.
