Ni Hao! So we had our final NEC Coalition call this morning - below are the main points. 1) We finalized an internal summary document and a short executive summary (attached here). 2) Peter and John Parola are beginning to reach out to other consulting firms in the next week with the goal of scheduling a breakfast during the High Speed Rail Practicum in Baltimore (May 3-5, http://www.apta.com/mc/hsr/Pages/default.aspx). Success would be to have at least 3-4 of the 7-8 invited firms participate. I would more than likely attend from our end (at Peter's suggestion, keep you guys out of it for now). 3) We need to reach out to Amtrak again before the sit down just to confirm their interest / sign off. Do you think we can use the executive summary for this or should we stick with the original plan of making a short deck? 4) Peter wants to set up meetings in the next month or two with all of the financial firms he met with in CA regarding setting up P3 consortia specifically targeted at the NEC. I'm not sure what our role would be here, but I did mention that we would be willing to help as needed. -- Mike Muldoon Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC 1010 Wisconsin Ave., NW Suite 705 Washington, DC 20007 (202) 333-1880 mmuldoon@rosemontseneca.co
