I see know reason to delay. Between the SALT conference and all the general work that all of us do mentioning our clients to people we want to be able to say right away that IPM is a client. That goes on even though you are on vacation for two weeks.

Hunter and I will talk about the dinner today and figure out if we can get it together in time.

Your question below relating to the start date is something I will discuss with my partners. I lead the group, but there is a lot of work done by Hunter and Eric in particular that will continue during the time I am on holiday. I leave on June 10th and return on the 29th. I will come back to you later today with our thoughts, but I would plan on a May start date.

Hi Arlene,

I had a chat with Marc Zwebner yesterday, and, without going into detail, I believe you should be happy having such a pleased client. I heard that the agreement appears to be on track, we should be able to sign early next week I believe. The one thing I would like to know though relates to the effective date of the agreement: You previously mentioned that there might be a dinner on June 6 (7?) where I should participate. If that does not happen, what can we expect from you, given that you leave for vacation immediately thereafter, until, say, early August? I.e., would it make sense to have the effective date being May XX, or should it rather be early August? All seen from our perspective of course.
