Attached please find the updated presentations for the Pledge Fund and Blind Pool. I am in the process of updating the PPMs as well and should have those wrapped up by the end of today. Please note that I will be receiving Q1 2011 information on Wednesday and April's jobs report comes out on Friday, so I will probably be updating the presentations and PPMs again at the end of this week.

The following changes have been made:

1. Slide 45 - Atlanta deal added

2. Slide 61 - 2011 transactions updated from 2-3 (reflecting Atlanta deal)

3. Slide 74 - Devon's biography has been updated
