Would May 9th or 10th work for a meet up in DC to chat about the Tech Fund concept? The Cataphora deal with E&Y is signed with a target close date of 5/27. So this is a good time to get aligned on thinking so we can enter June a plan and some momentum.

I’d like John DeLoche to come in for that to meet RHB and we can spend some time talking through the concept, structure, LP & deal pipeline, etc. Maybe an afternoon meeting and then an early dinner?
