June 8th from 4:30-5:30pm at Union Station in the CEO's Board Room.

Time may shift slightly due to Board Meeting that day, but it will be in the 4-5:30pm window.

Tom Carper and Joe Boardman are confirmed and Tom is inviting other Board members to attend.

Need to get attendee list from Bob on HNTB side but 2-4 HNTB officials is what Amtrak was thinking. Bob had said to me he could do as many as four in his mind.

Anne Marie, can you put on schedule? Hold 4-5:30pm in case it shifts. We'll confirm exact time as we get closer.
