Great to meet You all tonight and understand know Your esteemed
organization, track records, and the proposed Program.


Allow me to briefly introduce myself. My family came from China to Taiwan
in 1949. My father was the secretary to President Chiang Kai-shek and later
the Director General of President Office of Chiang Ching-kuo. After
retirement as a major general, my grandfather served as the Deputy Secretary
General of National Security Council in Taiwan. My family background allows
me to have solid and long-term relationships with Taiwan political and
business leaders and their respective families, including but not limited to
President Ma Ying-jeou and Vice President Vincent Siew.


Born and grown up in Taipei, I obtained my bachelor degree in Taiwan and MBA
from Columbia Business School in New York. I worked in Hong Kong for
international investment banks for several years before relocating back to
Taipei in late 1998. I have executed and completed 28 cross-border
transactions of fund raisings, PE & VC investments, M&A, and business
