Everyone,

Thank you again for such a productive trip to Taiwan and China. I felt the meetings went incredibly well and that we were able to generate really strong interest in Rosemont Realty.

Follow-up will be critical over the next several weeks so please let me know whatever you need from me in terms of additional due diligence materials.

Please also note that I met with Governor Richardson yesterday and have confirmed his willingness to make a trip to Taiwan and China in September. He is very well known in the region because of his work in Korea and Japan, so I think this could help us considerably in moving investment forward. Bringing him to Asia, however, comes with an opportunity cost as we have limited time allocation for these types of trips from the Governor. This will make it very important that we have re-qualified our contact list from the last trip and bring him in basically for “close” meetings.

Michael, why don’t you and I coordinate on dates and times for the Governor’s visit and get something on the calendar ASAP.
