Talked to Gabriel. Manzano is definitely still interested in finding U.S. acquisition targets for YPF. He mentioned to Gabriel again on Wednesday and was thinking of planning a trip to DC in the next couple of weeks to discuss. YPF wants majority control (at least 51% - this may be the difficult part), but they have the cash and the companies identified in the document Mike sent around are the ideal target size based on the money YPF has for acquisitions.

So, we should start looking at the list and seeing what connections we have or can come up with.

While this may be a fruitless exercise, we are getting paid a retainer on this.
