I think my last email was cut off. Today we need you to compile and circulate the master syndicate schedule.

Please get a copy to Anne Marie earliest so she can compile a thank you email from Hunter to every meeting contact we met. Email should be a warm thank you for their valuable time and for considering the investment. Please coordinate with Anne Marie and try and get those emails out by end of day Monday.

I've reached out with relevant info to every meeting contact other than Bank of Taiwan (3pm Tues), CDIB (1pm Wed) and Super Chairman (6pm Thurs). I am coordinating with Hermes to follow-up with tax email with the the first two. Please advise on what we do with Super Chairman.

Let's schedule a call for Wednesday morning to review syndicate schedule, tracking sheet and follow-up process push. I suggest we try and loop Jennifer an Hermes into that call (their Wed evening). Please coordinate with them on schedule and please forward to Jennifer as I do not have her email handy.
