80% of the information we requested and need is in the data room already. The 20% remaining is not material (interconnection studies and other studies) but we will have by end of the week.

This shouldn't prevent you from getting commitments
from investors with the ample info we already have from Iberdrola.

Your investors should give you firm commitments subject to confirmatory due diligence.

I had an hour con call with Iberdrola today and they gave us a firm July 1st closing date for the reasons I discussed with you on the phone.

Need to have from you ASAP at what $ level Rosemont will participate with so I can communicate to my partners.

The answer is I do not know yet. I am scheduled to speak to Feldman at GS
today. He was traveling Monday and Tuesday and promised he would get back
to me definitively this week as per our conversation Friday. We have
presented materials to Steelpath, John Hancock, MetLife, Estrella, and
we're having a discussion with Jack Casey today. None of these will make
commitments without access to the data room. I will let you know after I
speak to GS.
