<p>In an effort to provide additional visibility into American Well's E=uity program, we are excited to launch the American Well Equity Portal!</p>
<p>The portal will be rolled out in stages. Initially you will be able to s=gn new grants electronically, and view existing grants. Soon, we wil= offer additional capability, including the ability to exercise options th=ough the portal.</p>

<p>We are excited to offer this new capability. I'm sure during the imp=ementation process we have missed a few things. If you notice that any det=ils on your grant paperwork or portal are incorrect,or if you do not=see previous grants that you had expected to see, please let me know, and =e will take a look immediately.</p>
